Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) primarily used for pain relief and to reduce inflammation and swelling. It is available by prescription only and is used for both acute and chronic conditions. 

Benzydamine mouthwash is primarily used as a local analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-inflammatory treatment for painful conditions of the mouth, gums, and throat. It is not meant to be swallowed, only used as a rinse or gargle. 

Diloxanide Furoate tablets are primarily used as a luminal amoebicide to treat amoebiasis (an infection caused by the parasite Entamoeba histolytica). It works within the intestine (lumen) to kill the infection-causing amoeba and destroy the cysts they form. 

Erythromycin estolate suspension is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in various parts of the body. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. 

Milrinone lactate injection is used for the short-term management of severe acute decompensated heart failure, including low output states following cardiac surgery. It is administered intravenously to improve cardiac contractility, promote vasodilation, and increase cardiac output, and it is primarily used in intensive care and perioperative settings. 

Ampicillin/sulbactam (brand name examples include Unasyn) is a combination antibiotic used to treat a variety of serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, especially those that produce beta-lactamase enzymes. 

Pentoxifylline tablets are primarily used to treat intermittent claudication, a condition that causes leg pain and cramping during exercise due to poor blood circulation in the limbs. 

Fluorescein sodium injection is primarily used in ophthalmology for diagnostic procedures to visualize blood vessels and detect eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. It also helps in identifying corneal damage like abrasions and ulcers. Other uses include guiding surgeons to resect brain tumors and for some general diagnostic tests.  

Valsartan tablets are primarily used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure. It is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more smoothly.
